The next change we will make will benefit those tradespeople who get their quotes back through the site. The homeowner can only place feedback once the quoted price is accepted via the site. The tradespeople who's feedbacks are growing are starting to get requests for quotes sent to them directly instead of putting the job out to tender. The higher the ratings/feedback, the higher up on our Directory list you will show. The homeowner wants to see feedback, in business, the customer is always right!
